This includes checking for loose stones, weak or worn prongs, general impairment and cleaning as often as you like. Items covered under this warranty include sizing and replacement of prongs.

You should never expose your jewelry to any household cleaners. Certain household and industrial chemicals may cause jewelry to corrode or wear faster. Remove jewelry when using bleaches or exposing to chlorine ( such as swimming pools and hot tubs ). Simmons Fine Jewelry is not responsible for this type of damage.
Special Orders
Special orders are NOT exchangeable. A special order constitutes any merchandise ordered, custom made or altered at that customers request. We recommend that you insure your jewelry in the event that it is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair. This type of insurance can be purchased through homeowners or renters insurance and NOT through Simmons Fine Jewelry.
Appraisals
Appraisals are provided for jewelry purchased at Simmons Fine Jewelry upon request, free of charge. Updated appraisals are provided upon request for a small fee. For Jewelry not purchased at Simmons Fine Jewelry, our appraisal department is ready to assist you with all of your appraisal needs.
